Condo has air conditioning throughout, 12 foot vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study/den, livingroom, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, and dinette, laundry in unit, screened lanai (balcony) overlooking beautiful palm trees with a sunset view, and a one car garage. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and there are two twin beds are in the guest bedroom that could be pushed together if desired.
The Study/Den has a leather queen sleeper sofa that could be used as a third bedroom. There is a 25" color TV in the den. The living room has a 27" color TV and DVD player. Comcast cable is provided on all TV's. A portable AM/FM stereo with CD player and many "extras" are in the condo for your comfort and enjoyment. A queen air mattress is available. Ceiling fans in den, livingroom, and both bedrooms. Linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, and more are included.
North Port is a growing community with easy access to shopping, entertainment, beaches, golf courses, water sports, cinemas, theaters, restaurants, sports arenas, dog track, floating casino, and more. The Publix grocery store, Wendy's, and McDonald's are all less than three minutes away. The Port Charlotte Town Center shopping mall, and many restaurants are 10-15 minutes from the condo.
This gated community at the Colony offers the following on-site amenities exclusively to its owners and occupants: a clubhouse with library featuring wireless internet, a multi-purpose room with kitchen and a fitness center. These areas may be reserved for your own gathering giving you full use of the clubhouse kitchen, sitting room and pool. The sitting room has tables and chairs and it opens out to the beautiful Olympic-sized heated pool with lounge furniture.
Gulf beaches in Englewood and Venice are 10-15 minutes from the Condo. Famous Siesta Key beach is less than 30 minutes away. I-75 highway is just five miles from the Condo, and Route 41-Tamiami Trail is two minutes away. The Sarasota Airport is 25 minutes; Fort Myers airport- just under an hour; Tampa airport - 1:25 hr; Orlando airport - 2:30 hours; Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports are approximately 3:30 hours away from Condo. Busch Gardens is 1:30 hours, and Disney World is just over two hours from your Condo!
There are many golf courses within close proximity. Sabal Trace Golf Course is on-site; Heron Creek is five minutes and BobCat Trail is less than 10 minutes away.

The town home is located within the Heather Run community of PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. PGA National is home of the Professional Golf Association and home of the Ryder Cup tournament. Palm Beach County has the larges number of golf courses in the country. Among the 160+ courses are world class designes by renound architects like Palmer, Jones, Fazio and Nicklaus. Many can be played on a daily fee basis, however, the courses within PGA National are for members only.
The Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center with 14 clay courts is 20 minutes away, the ocean is 15 miles away. There are bike paths and walking trails. Musical and Theatrical presentations are presented in both Palm Beach Gardens and in West Palm Beach.
