Comcast cable is provided on all TV's. A portable AM/FM stereo with CD player and many "extras" are in the condo for your comfort and enjoyment. A queen air mattress is available. Ceiling fans in den, livingroom, and both bedrooms. Linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, and more are included.
North Port is a growing community with easy access to shopping, entertainment, beaches, golf courses, water sports, cinemas, theaters, restaurants, sports arenas, dog track, floating casino, and more. The Publix grocery store, Wendy's, and McDonald's are all less than three minutes away. The Port Charlotte Town Center shopping mall, and many restaurants are 10-15 minutes from the condo.
This gated community at the Colony offers the following on-site amenities exclusively to its owners and occupants: a clubhouse with library featuring wireless internet, a multi-purpose room with kitchen and a fitness center. These areas may be reserved for your own gathering giving you full use of the clubhouse kitchen, sitting room and pool. The sitting room has tables and chairs and it opens out to the beautiful Olympic-sized heated pool with lounge furniture.
Gulf beaches in Englewood and Venice are 10-15 minutes from the Condo. Famous Siesta Key beach is less than 30 minutes away. There are many golf courses within close proximity. Sabal Trace Golf Course is on-site; Heron Creek is five minutes and BobCat Trail is less than 10 minutes away.
