Just 1/4 mile to I-75. 45 minutes to Tampa Airport, 20 minutes to Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, 25 minutes to Siesta Key Beach. Convenient to daily needs of grocery stores, department stores, library, movie theatres, and only 3 miles to the new Lakewood Ranch Market Square. Our community requires a minimum rental of 30 days.
