PGA National is home of the Professional Golf Association and home of the Ryder Cup tournament. Palm Beach County has the larges number of golf courses in the country. Among the 160+ courses are world class designes by renound architects like Palmer, Jones, Fazio and Nicklaus. Many can be played on a daily fee basis, however, the courses within PGA National are for members only.
The Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center with 14 clay courts is 20 minutes away, the ocean is 15 miles away. There are bike paths and walking trails. Musical and Theatrical presentations are presented in both Palm Beach Gardens and in West Palm Beach.
